Q. How are your services priced?

A. Services that are performed on a routine or project basis can be priced on an hourly, half-day, daily or weekly basis. Project-oriented work can also be priced by the job. An initial consultation to explore the best option is not billed to prospective clients. A proposal following the consultation will provide the rates, often with options.

Q. What geographic areas do you serve?

A. J2 Consulting is located in Columbus, Ohio, but the company serves clients outside of the Central Ohio area. Some consulting and support services can be provided via communications technology. Work that requires pre-approved travel outside of the Central Ohio area is billed to clients as expenses.

Q. Does J2 provide computer consulting services?

A. Use of technology to economize or provide better service is always a consideration in strategic planning. J2 additionally provides computer consulting services on a limited basis, one-on-one training on a number of software programs, or can provide additional external options to assist with software.
